@laverdureparis is a shop based In the Faubourg Saint-Antoine district of Paris since over 100 Years.

Initially specialized in glues and varnishes in the early 1900s, it became the main supplier ot the finest works of art restorers, gilders, and artisans as many artisans thrive in this neighborhood in the roaring twenties.

Every courtyard had its cabinetmaker, stainer, and even its varnisher during this golden age.

Nowdays, @laverdureparis is still supplying artisan crafts on the path to excellence.
Their team of experts provides you with informed advice and develops innovative technical solutions tailored to your specific needs.

I was super honored to have been commissioned to restore the @museedemontmartre lettering.

I’ve been living in this neighbourhood for 46 years, seeing my whole childhood the craftmen walking around in the streets as the scissor grinder, the « windows fixer » and many other jobs that don’t exist anymore.
I’ve got many other memories there as watching from my grandma’s window the little Poulbots brass band parading in the streets. Good old days.
